I am a trained educator from Germany with three´years work experience in a preschool. There I worked with children aged 5-7. One of my task was childcare but I created also a positive learning environment. I have also experience in: • Organizing and conducting cross-group activities as well as individual and group offerings • Coordinating daily educational activities, including nurturing and supporting children in their individual growth • Communicating with parents and guardians to foster a trusting collaboration and exchange of information • Enhancing educational practices through reflection, evaluation, and professional development initiatives
