I worked in a Montessori centre for 2 years where I worked alongside children aged from 15 months to 6 years. I was an inclusion support teacher as well helping to care and guide children with disabilities and children that needed extra behavioural guidance. I believe that in order to care for children the best we can we need to understand the children, help them to learn the way they want to learn and educate in ways they don’t feel pressure. Teach purposefully, create activities and games that guarantee success. Include everyday life into their learning where they will learn to cook and clean after themselves but enjoy doing those things not have them feel like chores. Children are the future let’s create little geniuses
