Hi there! My name is Lauren. I recently moved from California to Sydney at the end of August. I just graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara as a psychology major and education minor, and hope to become an elementary teacher within the next few years! I am in Australia for the next 6 months to one year, and my schedule is extremely flexible. I have a love for children and have been working with kids since I was first able to babysit about 7 years ago. I have tutored & babysat/nannied for probably over 30+ families back in California, mostly around Santa Barbara area and can provide excellent additional references if needed. I have nannied children of all ages, including infants, as well as children with special needs. I am a very positive person and live a happy life. I love to laugh and be silly... I think that’s why I get along so well with kids! In my free time I love to go to the beach, go hiking with friends, snowboard, and do art and photography. I love doing art projects with the kids I babysit! Working with children brings me so much joy and I look forward to the opportunities Australia may bring!
