I have a little experience with childcare when I was 15, and did work placement at a primary school. I was helping as a teachers assistant, and did various tasks like guiding the kids back to the classroom after lunch/recess break. But also minding them briefly in the classroom. Other than that, my experience just includes personal minding of my siblings, as I grew up with 10 siblings. Three of which are half siblings that live in 2 different houses. I have minded 2 of my half siblings.
