I believe as a nanny i offer the abilities to understand, and help children when regulating their emotions but be confident and strong enough to intervene/discipline (to parents requests) when needed. I am highly reliable and flexible with work hours. I have done just over 2 years of casual nannying, and worked closely with children the past 4 years, 2 years as a junior netball coach, 1 year as a junior dance instructor and 1 year as a full time student support officer at a school and am currently studying nursing two days a week. As a person I am very active and fun, I love playing games outside, board games, and going for walks. I am able to offer studying help with older children at school as I just completed with a high ATAR result. In previous babysitting venture and working with young children at a school I found it worked best for me allowing the kids to chose some part of their day, whilst still having structure in their learning. Children thrived off the structure and continued to learn effectively by having some choice in their activities as the best way to learn is by having fun.
