I have brought up my two kids single handedly, independent, a creative cook with a passion to use natural ingredients and have taught many kids in church. I have travelled widely and an extremely resourceful person. I live an active life by playing regular tennis, learning to plant herbs, floral arrangement and learning new things. My interests are in photography, gardening and love creative cooking. I am very reliable, strong work ethics and committed to do to the best of my ability in everything I do.
