Kylie was a great cleaner but super unreliable I quite olften went weeks without any cleaning being completed I had originally advertised for a housekeeper twice a week for 6 hours a week by the end of the working relationship she had dwindled this down to 2.5 hours for herself and her partner once a week.
Not sure what her expectations were as a cleaner I refused to give a reference and was given the rudest feedback about my house and habits - I thought Cleaners came to clean your house not expect it to be cleaned before they arrived, that was the feedback she gave me.....
Lovely lady but just dont expect it to be an organised and punctual relationship
