Hi My name is Klodiana. I originally came from Albania 18 years ago, I spent half of my life here in Australia. I always have been passionate working with children and teaching at the same time. Currently, I work as Early Childhood Educator (Group Leader) nursery room with children birth to 18 months, previously I worked with children birth up to 5 years. I have been in this sector for 11 years. Now I am studying bachelor degree for Early Childhood and Primary Education. At my current job, I have been told that I have the ability to connect with children really well, understand their needs interests and development, helping them with their emotional needs and behavior needs. I have Diploma of Children' services. I have first aide cert 2 qualification, working with children check, I can get police check record if needed. I have education support qualification diploma level, one day I am hoping to get NDIS approved so I can work with children with special needs.
