Hi I’m Kimberly and I work as an assistant educator in an early learning centre. I love children of all ages and I’m working as a babysitter during Nights, Tuesdays or Sundays. I am reliable, responsible and have gained a lot of experience through my work. I have a certificate 3 of early childhood education and care and a Blue card. I also have 2 years of experience working full time as an educator. I also have 3 years experience working as a babysittter for children from 2 months old up to 12 years old. Including caring for a 2 month old on and off till she was about 1 year old. With so much experience I’m now very confident working with small children and babies, I'm usually with other educators but at smaller childcare centres I have also had shifts caring for 4 babies under 15 months old by myself alone for 8 hours at a time. With the toddler age group, I have cared for five 2 year olds by myself while planning and running our educational program, supporting development and analysing challenging behaviour and developmental milestones
