I have over 20yrs experience in childcare both in Australia and abroad. I am currently studying primary & early childhood education (with the intention to work as a primary school teacher once graduated). I absolutely adore children and am very passionate about providing excellent care including, well thought out and engaging educational activities and progressive problem solving i.e. preventative behaviour management (I do not believe in harsh treatment of children i.e. yelling, threatening etc.). I am a fun loving, considerate and nurturing caregiver (however no pushover). I am a confident communicator and always make an effort to communicate well with parents and children. I have all necessary certification i.e WWCC, first aid etc. I am currently working in after school care as well as nannying for a lovely family.
