I am 58 years with 2 grown up children. I have also been a single Mum who bought up her 2 children financially and emotionally. I am now a Grandmother of 5 grandchildren and I am lucky to be involved in their lives as family means alot to me. I have the two eldest grandchildren a week every holidays and I help out with the other 3 Grandchildren when required and if I am available. I live with my Daughter and her son and I help her with the care of her son when she is at work. This includes breakfast & dinner preperation, taking him to swimming lessons, drop off and pick up from Day Care and getting him ready in the morning and for bed at night. My experience includes working for 2 Child Care Services, a Nanny for 2 families for before and after school care and school holidays and a Canteen Assistant in a High School in Brisbane. I have an Open drivers Licence C Class and my own transport. I am a very tidy, clean, organised person in my home, personal and work environment and I am very competent in doing general cleaning duties and household requirements. I have a bubbly, friendly, warm personality who is reliable and trustworthy. I feel I am a great fit for children and their family.
