I started taking care of children when I was 17 in my home country, a 3 year old boy, for two years. During this period I started a nursing course where I had the opportunity to learn how to take care of children and elderly people with chronic and mental problems, enabling me to work with two brothers with a rare condition popularly known as glass bones, or its scientific name, osteogenesis imperfect, where I took care of them until I left the country. After that I went to Japan with the intention of studying Japanese and continuing to improve my skills as a caregiver, I had the privilege of working with a family during my three years of stay in Japan, taking care of twins.
