I have a love and passion for seeing kids learn, grow and enjoy life. I have 5+ year experience in childcare and 4 years experience in nannying. I have a few qualifications including: - Diploma of childcare education and care - Diploma of Business - Diploma of Leadership and Management - Cert IV in Training and Assessment I officially started working in childcare in 2015 as a school based trainee and for the last 8 years have done some form of caring for children as my primary job. I love fun and new experiences, finding what engages children and learning alongside their interests, I believe child are very capable and unique learners. I believe I am loyal, kind, trustworthy and respectful. Being able to know I am helping someone manage life a little better by trying to make it easier is something that brings me joy!
