Welcome! I am a passionate and experienced individual in the early childhood sector. I am a mother myself, therefore, I understand the importance of routine, and structure, in addition to encouraging a child's creativity, imagination and self belief. I maintain the ability to successfully manage a household, whereby, the children take priority. However, I like to ensure the valued parents, do not return home to extra chores and are able to spend unobstructed time with their child/children. Therefore, I fill the gaps in my shifts, for example nap times, with laundry, dishes, cleaning the kitchen etc. I also like to collect groceries on the way to my shift, if required. You are more than welcome to allocate specific chores that you have not had the chance to complete. I am a second year nursing student, therefore, I maintain a blue card, current CPR and first aid certificates, in addition to up to date immunisations. I am quite a creative person, therefore, I am able to allocate activities for the day, in addition to allowing the child to dictate the course of play. However, it is entirely up to you, the parent to decide what you would prefer.
