I have a lot of experience with young children, mainly toddlers- teenagers. I have been babysitting my coach’s now 8 year old daughter for the last couple of years- this includes picking up from school, preparing afternoon tea, helping with school work, keeping entertained, and light house work. They also have 2 dogs and I’ve always had cats and dog so I am very comfortable around pets. I have experience with running sport clinics at primary schools and high schools. I have my paid blue card, first aid and CPR certificates. I also have certificates for harassment and discrimination handling and complaint handling which I have attained from umpiring junior sports. I have coached many junior club sports teams and am a current coach of a high school peninsula team. I worked at Cairns Indoor Sports and Inflatable Kingdom which gave me a lot of experience working with large groups of younger children. I am able to pass medical and police checks as I have done for jobs in the past and I have my Certificates III and IV in Fitness which means I am fully qualified to work with children of all ages.
