I have worked with kids since I was 15 years old (now 29). Starting in a day care, then teaching swim lessons, life guarding, and working as a full time nanny for two families in America before moving to Australia at 19. I was then an au pair for two families- one with two year old twins and a 6 month old baby- and the other with 6 kids ranging from 3 years old to 12 years old. My most recent childcare job was as a preschool teacher in the USA in 2021 when i was briefly home for 6 months. My favourite age group is newborn to 2 years old! I was previously certified in first aid, AED, CPR, lifeguarding and swim instructing so I'm fully competent when it comes to emergency situations and being around water with children. I’m looking for an ongoing after school role and am available Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. I finish my barista job at 1.30pm these days in Toorak and am available from then on. Happy to do school pickups (I have a reliable vehicle), drop offs to after school activities, cooking dinner, homework help, bath and bedtime as well as general cleaning.
