My name is Katie and I have spent years babysitting, nannying, working in play school, Montessori and also teaching as a primary school teacher. Currently I am teaching but mind children in the evenings and at the weekends. I love the beach, swimming, reading, wholesome walks and camping. Throughout my years working with children, I have learnt the importance of simply being a kind and caring individual. Ensuring children are comfortable in their environment requires empathy, patience, honesty, trust, and support. I pride myself in providing children with a safe, nurtured, and happy environment whilst in my care. I love watching children learn and helping them to grow and develop. From my experience as a teacher and a nanny, it is incredible to see how far children come over a short period of time. It is amazing to feel trusted and develop such a close relationship with children and their families.
