Hi, my name is Katie and it is my passion teaching, working and caring for children. In 2016, I graduated from ACU with a Bachelor's of Primary Education and for the last 5 years, have been working as a full time classroom teacher. From 2011-2016, I worked in the classroom as an LSA (Learning Support Assistant) and at a OSCH (Outside of School Hours) centre. I pride myself on building strong relationships with children and creating age appropriate activities that are simulating and enriching. It would bring me joy to assist children with their homework, reading, assignments as teaching is my passion. I am best described by others as bubbly, nurturing, dependable, enthusiastic, creative, easy going and kind. My partner and I just relocated from cold Canberra to the Sunshine coast for a change of lifestyle. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
