My name is Katherine, I am from Uruguay and I’ve been in Australia for the last 3 years. My partner is from here so we have decided to settle here. I would like to start with, I am an antie of 5 kids and that’s the best thing it has to ever happen to me. In 2014 I lived in Irlanda where I was attending English classes and I worked as a nanny at the same time. I also worked as an English Teacher in a kindergarten with kids of 3 and 4 years old. I have a bachelors degree in business administration and in Australia I have been mainly working in the hospitality industry. But I have been unemployed since December and due to Coronavirus It has become more and more difficult to find a job in the hospitality Industry so I have decided to give it a go to child care again since it’s something that I really enjoy and that there my be more opportunities as well.
