Hi All! My name is Kate and I am an enthusiastic qualified childcare worker who has just moved up from Adelaide to Townsville with my husband and children. He is a doctor of hydro geochemistry working just out of Mt Isa and is FIFO every second week currently. Kids are my absolute life and prior to childcare I was a dance teacher for years. I am an extremely outgoing (and like to think I’m fun and educational too). I am very energetic and looking after children and their well being is my total passion and what I was born to do. I have 2 beautiful children- Harry age 5 and Charlotte age 7. The only thing that may hold me back from Qualifying for certain jobs are my available hours. most days I do have a very local school drop off and pick up. I am yet to find a space for them at Hermit Park Primary after school care program as of yet. Between those hours I am free and hope I can find a good match between those hours and I will do as much as I can do to assist. Every second week when my husband is back, I can do almost any time.
