Hi my name is Karly and I'm 31 years old. I have just moved interstate and would love to get back into nannying. I was employed at Jigsaw childcare for the past 4+ years working full time. I completed my Diploma in Children’s services in 2016. I have currently been a room leader for the past 2.5 years running a 0-2 room and a 2-3 room. Last year I worked alongside my director where I learnt how to do the rosters, helped organise and run centre events, organised many community excursions with my children, cooked in the kitchen when our chef was on leave. I was also responsible for guidance, support, direction, discipline and general supervision of staff and children, mentoring students on practical placement, ensure a safe environment is maintained, liaise with families, promote and maintain a positive working environment, delegating jobs, confident with programming and planning, knowledgeable about NQF and EYLF. I have great references if you require them and I'm available to start straight away and have all my qualifications. I believe children should have the freedom to explore their world through nature and play in order to allow them to grow and develop both academically and socially.
