I have been working in the childcare services for over 20 years. I operated my own business in Adelaide from 2000 to 2006 in family day care looking after children from the ages of 6mths to teenage years from after school care and over night, i provided meals and support in family day to day care as well as creating educational activities, then i moved to Melbourne and started in a childcare centre from 2006 to 2015. my duties at the centre was caring for children from the age of 6mths to kinder children, my role as assistant educational team member was to support my room leader in daily routines such as, their on going goals in education and behaviour roles.
