I have 29 years experience as a parent of 4 kids (now aged from 17 - 29) Also! I also have 4 years experience in the care industry (Aged care, but many of the skills required are easily transferable to care of children). I completed a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (with a focus on Child Development and Safety) in late 2017, and I'm currently studying a Certificate III in Community Welfare through TAFE online, with the aim of securing full time work within the Department of Child Safety as a Child Protection Officer at the end of this year. I have a passion for promoting that all children can be provided with the respect and dignity to enable them to grow in a loving supportive environment, with individual needs and safety a paramount importance. I am happy to answer any questions, and I'm currently only looking for a part time position (up to around 20 hours per week), and I am available on any day/time. I have a full Australian Licence, a fully insured reliable late model car, and have a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
