I worked as a teachers aide in a preschool for 8 years before I started my family. While my children were young I was a stay at home mum, volunteering at school in the canteen, for art, reading ,swimming and other activities when they needed extra supervision. I have five grown children and two grandsons. Now as a Nan I’ve been helping my son and daughter in-law with afternoon pick ups when their work roster changes. over the last few years I have been working in the hospitality industry. I worked at a boarding high school ,as a kitchen assistant /cook. When their numbers dropped I worked at meals on wheals as a relief cook ,. I then returned to Tafe . I enjoy working and spending time with children. I enjoy their view of the world. I enjoy doing a range of activities with them .reading. Gardening. Cooking art. I would be happy to take them to play group or excursion to events at the theatre or to the park for carnival of flowers for the activities in the park.
