I worked for an after school/vacation care company - Jungle Club Coffs Harbour for just under 2 years. I truely loved the job which from a day to day basis involved driving the children around town and accompanied the kids during activities, prepared them their recess and lunch, and created activities for them to do while waiting for home time. I only left the job because I moved to Wollongong in January. I have also babysat for for a couple of family friends and found the experience pleasant, fun and a great way to further develop my childcare abilities as it is a career path I wish to pursue.
