Creating a curious environment where children and play, learn and grow is my passion. I haven't worked in childcare recently, being in office environments instead. However I have felt a calling to get back to my roots - working with children of all ages. I have 5 year's experience working with children, dating from 2007-2012. I have experience with large groups of 20+, working at school holiday programs and church groups, to one-on-one babysitting. I'm a natural with babies to teenagers. I'm particularly creative and enjoy working with creative, curious children who are always keen to experiment and learn. Being something that comes so naturally and I enjoy so much, I don't see the gap in time I've taken away from working with children to be an issue - like riding a bike, it's not a skill that one loses. I'm currently in my second year of my undergraduate degree at Monash University. I am a mature age student - turning 25 this year. I'm studying Literature, Linguistics and Philosophy. In my free time I love to play piano, read, paint and draw. I'm excited to meet you and your family soon!
