Hi. My background is Korean and I came to Sydney in 2011 to study and work. I studied Bachelor of education for primary and early childhood degree in Newcastle of Newcastle and Masters of early childhood in Macquarie University. I was a room leader to take care for the infants for 2 years and toddlers for 3 years at settings in Pymble area and Northern beaches. My belief in caring for children is to care for all of their developmental domains - emotional wellbeing, social wellbeing, physical wellbeing and language abilities. My approach to care with children is to attend to their needs with care and attention rich in conversation and observing their interest and what they can do. This way, I can learn about wha they enjoy doing, what they are ready to learn and what they can be provided to extend on their needs and strengths.
