I am dedicated to providing exceptional childcare while maintaining open and clear communication with the children’s parents. While in my care, my main focus is to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow and thrive. I have extensive experience of over 15 years with caring for and supervising children, including overnight care. Age of children in my care have ranged from new born to pre-teen. Adept in: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities - Strong problem solving skills - Positive attitude and genuine love for children - Ability to remain calm and alert in a crisis General duties and responsibilities can include: - B&A school pickup/drop off - Assistance with homework - Transportation to and from after school activities/sports etc - Nappy changes, bathing and bedtime routines - Plan and engage children in educational and creative activities - Ensure children's well-being and safety at all times - Prepare healthy meals and snacks - Assist with light housekeeping related to the children's care - Overnight care (within reason; prior agreement to be made with sufficient notice)
