My background includes an extensive proficiency with children, working in childcare, as au pair, nanny, student and educator. I have a strong attachment with young children. The knowledge acquired in Brazil during my bachelor in nursing and my specialisation in emergency and intensive care unit, gave me the opportunity to take care of children in a special and safe way. After 4 years, I decided to move to Sydney to improve my language skills. In my first job I have worked with Aussie family during 4 yeas looking after two baby girls. During this process I’ve met another Aussie family that gave me the opportunity to take care of a couple of twins. I’ve been looking after them all Mondays and Tuesdays. My routine as nanny and as educator is very similar, I’m responsible to prepare the meals, handling their hygiene needs, activities (story time, drawing, painting, dancing, games, recycled crafts, visiting museum, library, parks and beaches) and preparing the safe and healthy environment for their development.
