I have had around 8.5years experience in early childhood education & care. I am a diploma qualified early childhood educator I have great references from my previous employers in regards to childcare based settings as well as nannying. My personal philosophy is being nurturing and supportive too the little people I work with and to build reciprocal and respectful relationships with child & family.
