Hi! My name is Ireland, I’m 23 and I have recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychological sciences and have moved to Surfers Paradise. I started caring for children at 11 where I was a dance teacher assistant. Since then, I have had multiple casual baby-sitting jobs from the ages of 4 months to 8 years old. I also taught dance professionally for 2 years at another dance school for ages 3-14. I am mostly experienced with children aged between 4-12, but can handle any age! I am currently trauma-trained for children with complex trauma. I have worked casually in a job working specifically with children who have complex trauma and dealt with administering medications, meal prep and every day activities. Up until recently, I worked as an OSHC Educator working in after school care for ages 4-12 and LOVED it. My job requirements included the preparation of food, excellent supervision skills and being quick on my feet. I am extremely patient and know how to respond to a plethora of behaviours.
