Hi everyone! My name is Ilana and I just moved to Brisbane in February from the US. I grew up taking care of my younger siblings and helping families in our neighborhood with childcare. During University, I babysat for multiple families- one with four children under the age of 4- and loved every minute of it! Since finishing Uni, I travelled South America for several months, spent a year teaching English to children in Malaysia, and finally ended up here in Australia with my partner. Now that we plan to be here for a few years, I'm hoping to meet a family who is in need of regular childcare, both during the day and nights. I have full availability, with the exception of Friday and Saturday nights, as I work as a waiter those evenings. I'm happy to do extra homework help, take children to after-school activities, and handle bedtime madness with fun methods like "the brush your teeth song"! I am patient, creative, and reliable.
