Hiya, my name is Heather! I am studying Acting at Federation University, so, I love to sing, dance and act. This makes for fun activities that many kids love to participate in! I was born in England and moved around quite a bit as a kid, which influenced my interest in travelling and experiencing new cultures. My most recent adventure was a 6-week turtle conservation program in Costa Rica. I am an avid animal and environment lover! As a member of the Girl Guides Association for 10 years, and a ‘Junior Leader’ for the final 3 years, I have a lot of experience working, and communicating with young children. Furthermore, I have been a designated ‘buddy’ for young disabled girls who required special assistance when bathing, eating and walking. In 2017, I graduated High School with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in 7 subjects, including: Maths, English Literature, World History, Epistemology, Environmental Studies, Spanish and Theatre. Therefore, I can help kids with their homework and assignments. I can cook nutritious meals if required, and I am qualified to perform CPR in emergencies. I am free Monday – Friday from 5:30pm, and all day/night weekends.
