I began babysitting at 16 years old, and have continued to do so casually until recently moving from the UK. I have also had expereince of nannying during summer holidays, planning activities for children of a range of ages and taking them to and from activiites. As the oldest child in the family, I have looked after my cousins since birth, giving me direct experience of working with young people from birth until teenage years. Prior to moving to Australia, I worked in children and adolescent mental health, whilst also tutoring. I have also had experiencing leading on holiday youth camps, writing interactive programmes and managing up to 40 young people aged between 4-16. These roles meant being adaptable, organised and able to connect with a wide range of individuals, varying my approach to suit their needs.
