I am posting to apply for Nanny / Child Carer positions. I have at least 6 years of professional experience working with children. My most recent position was looking after 4 children. Ages 4-15. My duties included. School preparation, school pick up, drop off and sports activities, guidance with homework, bedtime duties/ bath shower etc, meal preparation involved breakfast and dinner, grocery shopping, general housework, giving medication and taking children to all appointments. I currently work as a casual support worker in Mental Health and Community Services. This role has provided me with the interpersonal and communication skills necessary in this industry. I work closely with individuals in the community, providing support and guidance. This requires me to effectively communicate with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding. I believe these skills will directly translate to my ability to care for and nurture children in a compassionate and responsible manner. I also believe I am nurturing, responsible, caring, kind, and reliable. I am excited about opportunities to contribute to and make a positive impact on the lives of children.
