My name is Gillian, i'm a 21 year old female from Canada.I’m a fun energetic hard-working individual, I have a very strong work ethic and good time management skills. I have over four years of customer service and working with all different ages. Back in Canada I volunteer with A youth shelter helping them with problem-solving skills and de-escalation techniques and day to day things such as homework, or just chatting. I believe I would be a great asset because I’m very responsible and hard-working. During my years in college we were required to work in a day care with children ranging between the ages of 12 months to 6 years. when i was younger i would do a lot of babysitting. I have a great attitude and can take constructive criticism. I love kids and doing things to help out anyway i can. I work very well with others and as an individual.
