About my experiences: Since I’m 13 I’m babysitting. I took care for my two cousins since they were born so I learned how to prepare baby bottles, food and changing nappies as well as how to hold them when they are new born. Later on I also babysitted the 3 godchildren of my mother. With them I went a lot outside for playing , prepared food and snacks, picked them up from day care or school, brought them to their afternoon activities and took sometimes care when they had a little cold. Furthermore friends of my family asked sometimes to take care of their two littles( 4 and 7 years old) for a weekend if they can’t be home. There I had not only to take care of the kids but also of the dog and the big house. Occasionally I also babysitted the kids of other friends or colleagues if they wanted to go out. They are already a bit older( between 6 and 10) and I had to prepare dinner, play games afterwards, help to prepare for bed, reading stories and make sure they go to bed punctual. Because of my experience I feel confident to take care of children of any age. About myself: I’m from Germany but I’m half Italian so I speak both fluently. My english is very good. I did my higher school certificate and worked in a language school.
