I have been working in early childhood for up to 2 years now, I have worked with children from 6months old to 5 years old. But my main age group I have worked with is 1 to 2. I have experience in nappy changing, serving meals, sleep routines and, creating engaging activities for children. As a long day care educator I strive to make sure every child feels seen and heard, I do this by making sure I get to the level when speaking to them, and getting to know not just there routines but them as children.
