Hello, I am Gemma from Barcelona, and I am a psychologist. Nowadays, I am studying my PhD at the University of Queensland, and I am interested in working as a babysitter. For 10 years, I have gained experience with children in different countries; UK, France, Germany and Spain. The children I looked after were between 2 and 12 years old. My duties were to take them to school and extra-school activities, help them with homework, prepare games and activities, promote their autonomy, help out when they were sick, and support them during holiday trips. Occasionally, I helped with household chores. My experience is combined with volunteer work as a teacher in Nepal and summer work in camps specifically for vulnerable families.
