I worked in childcare for roughly 2 years with ages 8 weeks- afterschool care. During this time I also volunteered as a teachers aid for a home-schooling history program. After this, I started working rurally in mining towns and only took on casual babysitting roles. Fast forward to now and I'm a full time mum to a gentle 2 year old and newborn. I'm looking for roles that would be flexible and allow me to bring my newborn. Other than children, I have a passion for arts and animals and love being outside. I try to set an example of a healthy lifestyle to my son by remaining as active as possible and doing lots of healthy cooking (I don't smoke or drink alcohol). I think that learning through play is important and try to mesh education into everyday life and play. I don't have a current blue card or first aid any more but can apply if that is important to you. I have my own safe and reliable transport. I look forward to hearing about your family and ethos!
