Hi everyone! My name is Francisca, I'm from Chile and I’m 26 years old. I'm an early childhood educator who has more than 6 years of experience babysitting and almost 3 years working as a teacher in different contexts. I specialized in babies from 0 to 3 years old but I have experience with all ages. Furthermore, I did my major about play as a learning tool and how children can enjoy this process and also being co-constructors of their own knowledge at the same time. I worked in the Reggio Emilia approach in Chile for more than a year after graduation. I really have a Reggio soul, that means I believe that children learn by playing, exploring, interacting with their environment, especially with nature and other people. They have hundreds of languages and it is our job helping them to express their ideas and use these symbolic languages everyday. Also, I have experience working in childcare in Ireland, both in creche and after school. I’m very responsible, caring, enthusiastic, empathic, fun, energetic, creative and organized.
