I am a mother of 6 and I have 5 sons and 1 daughter. Now a grandmother I have 20 plus years experience in the education field. Fully qualified teacher specialising in early learning care with anaphylaxis and first aid certified. I love to sing and play the guitar and speak fluent in Te Reo Maori language and practice a lot of my cultural heritage. I am very passionate about educating our next generation. Cultural identity and family values is very important as I believe that it takes a tribe to raise a child and that every child is unique, born with limitless potential. When a child is valued and validated they feel they belong and know that they are loved and secure.
