Hello! I am Erika, I have 9+ years of experience working with children in the ECEC sector, before and after school care, nannying and babysitting. I have worked with children from 12 weeks to 13 years, including children with learning delays and disabilities. I hold my open driver's licence, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Epilepsy certificates and Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching). I focus on building strong relationships with children through kindness, warm interactions and fun. I thoroughly love planning activities for children - particularly if the activity is outdoors! You will often find me by the beach, enjoying the waves or reading a book in the sand! I am currently available for short-term nannying or evening/weekend babysitting in the Illawarra area
