I have a Cert III in Children’s Services with 10 years experience some of which being a Lead Educator mainly with children 3 months to 3 years, but do have the willingness to care for older. . I focus on building positive relationships between each individual child treating everyone as an equal, I love getting to know each child and their own little personalities.
