I have worked in the child care industry for 7 years, working in prestigious schools and providing high quality care and play based education to children in my care. I was the head caregiver/educator in my classrooms for 3 years of my career and for the past 3 years I have moved up into 2IC Assistant Director position and then recently in the last 12 months I have been promoted to the Director of my childcare centre. Although I enjoy my current job, I am looking for something more. I thrive on building safe & secure relationships with children and families and I believe nannying may be the best way for me to do just that.
