As a babysitter, I bring a wealth of experience and skills from my daily work with children at an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, where I regularly engage with children from prep to grade 8. My role at OSHC involves creating a safe and nurturing environment, organizing age-appropriate activities, and supporting the diverse needs of children across a wide range of ages. Additionally, I coach netball to primary-aged children, which has honed my ability to teach, motivate, and manage young learners in a fun and disciplined setting. These experiences have equipped me with strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development, all of which I bring to my babysitting approach to ensure a positive and enriching experience for every child.
