I am an empathetic and compassionate individual who enjoys spending time outdoors and having a fun time with the children organising different activities. My skills include: taking accountability and responsibility for the children left in my care and fostering a safe, creative learning environment. Maintaining a highly organised environment for the children. Adapting to individual children’s best-suited style of communication, working with a variety of ability levels. I am passionate about children and have a great ability to multi-task with multiple children. I have Montessori training and currently work in the industry, with 9-12 year olds in a dynamic environment, helping manage behaviour and facilitating an organised classroom.
