My name is Ella, I am a 21 year old university student. My past experience includes working in a child care as an educator with children from ages 6 months to 6 years and also working with children in child protection. My experiences have given me an understanding of a childs physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. Important skills I possess include: being patient, reliable, staying calm under pressure and always making the child's happiness the main priority. I believe that creating a positive, encouraging and structured environment is important when working with children. I strive to keep everything fun, healthy and educational for the children.
