Hi, I'm Ella! I'm 25 years old and currently completing a fourth-year psychology honours program. For the past 2-3 years, I have worked as a residential youth worker, specifically working with young people in the child protection system in out-of-home care. I have experience working with young people between the age of 3-17, who have a variety of different needs and support requirements. I love children, and I also worked as a dance teacher for five years, teaching students aged 3-12 years. Subsequently, I worked as a pool lifeguard for five years.
