Hi families! My name is Ella. I’m 25 years old with over 5 years of experience in childcare, having worked as an au pair, nanny, junior tennis coach, babysitter and recently as a supervisor of a boarding house with junior boarders. At present I am residing in Ipswich to focus on my studies at university. While I am a larger than life individual, (a big kid at heart) I am dependable, responsible and reliable. I do not shy away from situations, but use the resourcefulness and confidence I acquired from growing up on a farm to problem-solve when in a pickle! I think ahead, have common sense, and am extremely patient (something cultivated through my work in the boarding school).
